Recessions are always a good time to rebuild your competitive infrastructure, and the slow growth/recession of the last couple of years has been no exception. On the stock market, the technology sector seems to be doing quite well. After bottoming in the middle of the summer, the software companies especially seem to be rebounding. Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, RightNow and NetSuite are all gainers. But the drivers for software acquisition remain what they have always been — improving processes, saving money or making money.
I cannot but agree more. The stages were our prospective cutomers still hesitate about the importance of a CRM or ERP solution are long gone, however we still find ourselves trying to convince our clients that we should be switching to On The Cloud Solutions.
Some problems we face during these type of discussion is speed issue concerns, security (in regards to employee accessing from home) and ofcourse the fact that certain on demand solutions are actually holding your data.
At Working Cafe together with my sister companies we strive to take these concerns seriously and we use them to our advantage and of course to provide better solutions. We have just deployed the first entire system that cincludes Sage account software, Vtiger CRM, 3CX phone system, google analytics, exchange server, web chat panel and joomla into a combined easy to use online PLUS offline server using Flex and Air.
We have succesfully installed it and we use it across our partners and associates in EU and India.
So far, so good. The solution will be made for sales later on this year and can be combined with any existing CRM, Accounts and CMS software your company uses.
We are already working on client's installations and tehrefore we welcome your interest.
2011 is about cost-effectiveness, INNOVATION and standards exhaustion.
