The company showed off the new version earlier this month during Salesforce.com’s annual Dreamforce show. It won rave reviews from the crowd, said founder and CEO Chuck Ganapathi. “The biggest challenge with CRM systems is that they do not follow how a typical sales person goes through his or her day. We have solved that problem,” he claimed.
