In a settlement with the FTC announced Wednesday, Apple agreed to pay at least $32.5 million in refunds to consumers who incurred charges on their iTunes accounts through dubious in-app purchases. In June, Apple agreed to pay $100 million to settle a class action lawsuit brought in California for similar billing practices relative to unauthorized in-app purchases by minors.
