What the heck is wrong at Microsoft? It may be an important company, but it’s an older company that has definitely lost its way. It can recover but doesn’t see how. The solution seems so obvious from the outside. However, there is a sense that arrogance is getting in the way of clear thinking. It is keeping Microsoft from becoming great once again. So what’s wrong, and what can it do to recover? The world is continually changing. That means companies and products must change as well.
Excuse me? The most over priced, bloated and buggy line up of operating systems on the market, and you expect customers to not only pay the ridiculous price you have to pay to get the operating system in the first place, but a yearly fee after a period of time? I could see a one time, reasonable price for a new version of XP, or Windows 7 or 8, but a yearly fee? You have got to be joking.
As for "great", the only thing Microsoft was ever truly great at was being a corporate thug...
