Estimates of the government’s financial investment in the information technology associated with the launch of the health insurance program — especially the Web portal — vary from $70 million to well over $300 million, depending on which components are counted.
Isn't it amazing -- the one thing the government seems to get right when it comes to IT is surveillance, snooping, whatever you want to call it. Maybe the NSA should be tasked with project managing all other government IT implementations.
