Ford Motor Corp. (NYSE: F) subsidiary Lincoln Mercury has expanded a successful pilot program that allows consumers to communicate directly with company product specialists over the Internet before purchasing a vehicle.
The first internet sales department in Atlanta my company and I could locate back in 1999 was Frank Jackson Lincoln Mercury in North Atlanta near my office. We were greeted by a distinguished southern accent by telephone after we received his most informative e-mail. My staff and I were elated with the exquisite service and personal attention our transportation needs were fulfilled by Mr. Barnett. With service like we received, we can't imagine why anyone would want a middle-person but from past experiences at other Lincoln Mercury retailers in Atlanta, I can understand why Lincoln Mercury would have a need for such a service. For that I commend Lincoln Mercury!
