Meanwhile, the Netherlands’ Commercial Appeals Court has issued a preliminary judgment that Uber must stop working with drivers who lack a taxi license but charge passengers fares for rides. Uber “has a massively high valuation and is a young and relatively inexperienced company,” said Rob Enderle, principal analyst at the Enderle Group.
