The ruling comes after Darl McBride, CEO of SCO Group, and Linus Torvalds, original developer of the Linux kernel, agreed to arm wrestle over the disputed code in lieu of seeking a court ruling. The arm wrestling match was held last night in Dodger Stadium here in Los Angeles before a packed crowd of mostly bespectacled onlookers.
