MORE IMPORTANTLY... It "CAN NOT" contain any GPL or Linux exclusionary wording, before it can be accepted throughout the computer world!!! This will be the ONLY way for Office Open XML to negate the significance of ODF. And Microsoft CANNOT do it's standard policy of EMBRACE, EXTEND EXTINGUISH!!! (remember Java, and HTML?!?!) WE ARE WATCHING! ARE YOU READING THIS BILL GATES, and STEVE BALLMER!?!?! Contrary to your beliefs, you MAY be the richest men in the world, but you don't own, and have no right trying to own all that is computer and software on this planet!!!
