Each time, no matter how well the business continuity plan is written, there is always something that is learned. Here are a few lessons that stand out from my experience. Before you tell everyone that you have a business continuity plan in place, you should actually make sure that you have written one so you know what to do. Oh, and by the way, everyone should know where it is so that it can be easily located.
