The first Nokia smartphone to sport Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 mobile OS is nicknamed the “Sea Ray,” according to video recorded at a Nokia press conference. The device looks very much like the N9, the MeeGo-based smartphone Nokia revealed earlier this week. Perhaps the strangest thing about the Sea Ray, though, was the way in which it was introduced. Nokia’s WinPho7 device, nicknamed the “Sea Ray,” appears to be very similar to the N9, hardware-wise, and Elop took pains to accentuate those similarities.
