I think you meant recently announced Halo Wars 2. It doesn't launch until fall 2016
Looks shiny and polished. Just like any other announcement of a video-game via CGI these days. The question is, whether the same result will be in the end-game when the people will purchase it? In my opinion, no, it wont. Just remember how shiny and polished Ubisoft's Watch Dogs were (or Unity for that matter). Was the game shiny and polished? Not so much.
