Well who are they? DHS is not a singular, unified entity. It cannot testify under oath, nor can it be imprisoned for perjury. So who is she talking about?! Generalizing about the agency in this context serves as a substitute for producing real evidence. At first blush this appears to be simple ignorance, until she cites Clapper as a reference too -- for Clapper is a proven habitual liar!

A lot of people with far greater knowledge, experience and integrity than Clapper have demonstrated that the "hack" was really a leak by someone with access to the DNC computer system [i.e. Seth Rich].* But the top experts in this field are ignored by the mainstream media because someone more powerful behind the scenes is setting the agenda and distorting the facts to fit.

Why doesn't our government turn to Blockchain technology to keep tract of our elections? I think this would be the perfect solution for the election process in modern day - There's anonymity with the users, users can view their vote and assure that it was cast correctly, and there's an inherent, outstanding record keeping ability within the technology itself. I think it would be the perfect solution. Thoughts?
