HotJobs and Monster.com parent TMP Worldwide said that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission
(FTC) has asked them for more information about merger plans for the online recruiting

"We still believe we can close in the fourth quarter," TMP spokesperson Dan
Bustillos told the E-Commerce Times on Tuesday, adding that the company intends to
promptly supply the FTC with the requested information.

A better website

Nice post! Well may be monster is a good website for job search but i seriously do not like monster, hot jobs or career builder. The website i like is http://www.EmploymentCrossing.com much better because you can see jobs from every website and employer website and Monster just shows you jobs that employers pay to post.
Since there is a recession, most employers are not paying to post jobs and therefore it is smarter to look for jobs on EmploymentCrossing.com.
