I been through similar situation. About 2 month ago, w/out a reason E-Bay suspended my account. I've been a loyal member for 6 years with 100% rating. Since the moment I got the suspension letter I can't do anything. This is more like Tyranny, they came ou with a desicion to suspend you based on ???. They are not willing to disclose anything. I guess if I did something wrong, I have the right to defend myself as well as the US law claims a men is innocent untill proven guilty - I guess the ebay lawers are working outside the USA Federal law.
I Thought of placing a complaint on BBB site, what do you think?
What bothers me the most is who else is using that data and I don't want to become black listed.
