The chief executive of mobile phone maker Motorola has denied reports that cellular phone makers are skeptical of selling a portable phone that can also download and play music from a service similar to Apple's iTunes Music Store (iTMS), a published report said late yesterday. "There is no resistance on anybody's part," Motorola CEO Edward J. Zander said Tuesday at a press conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil. "I don't know where these rumors got started ... When we did this deal last year, we knew exactly what carriers were interested in."

I got one word for them... BitPim. Works like a charm on every phone I have ever tried it on....I will not submit to the carriers wishes they are much like the RIAA and MPAA, though I do buy the majority of my music from the ITMS

If my employer requires me to return to the company's office full-time to perform my job, I will...
Agree, because I like my job regardless of where I perform my duties.
Comply, because I can't afford to lose my current job.
Go with the flow, but start looking for different employment.
Resign immediately, so I can dedicate all of my time to find a job that better suits my needs.
Try to negotiate a hybrid work from home / work in office arrangement with my employer.
