Amazon's Chinese website is no longer offering Apple iPads for sale. This follows a request from Apple to drop the product because Amazon isn't authorized to sell the device, in that country, according to a recent report. Meanwhile, officials in various Chinese cities are confiscating iPads from retailers, apparently in connection with a legal dispute between Cupertino and Taiwanese firm Proview, which asserts it has rights to the iPad name in China. However, that issue is not related to the stoppage of Amazon's iPad sales in China, according to Yankee Group's Carl Howe.

Please do not quote Rob Enderle to Mac readers. We know that he has been more consistently wrong in his pronouncements about Apple over the last 15 years than anyone else.

He is a notorious Apple hater who has consistently predicted failure by the company over the years, until recently when such predictions became too obviously silly to make.

If my employer requires me to return to the company's office full-time to perform my job, I will...
Agree, because I like my job regardless of where I perform my duties.
Comply, because I can't afford to lose my current job.
Go with the flow, but start looking for different employment.
Resign immediately, so I can dedicate all of my time to find a job that better suits my needs.
Try to negotiate a hybrid work from home / work in office arrangement with my employer.
