Like millions of Americans, I find myself at a digital crossroads. I nervously eye reports on whether or not the U.S. Congress will delay the switch to digital television. More locally, I consider the fate of my older, 20-inch living room television set with its charming rabbit ears and snazzy, newly installed digital converter box. Among the questions I'm considering are whether or not to put aside my spiteful attitude and sign on to a cable or satellite service, or purchase a digital-ready set.

no PPC version of Boxee

Last I checked, there was no PowerPC version of Boxee for the Mac, so the plan to use the Powerbook G4 won't work (or do you have a PPC version as a beta tester?).

If my employer requires me to return to the company's office full-time to perform my job, I will...
Agree, because I like my job regardless of where I perform my duties.
Comply, because I can't afford to lose my current job.
Go with the flow, but start looking for different employment.
Resign immediately, so I can dedicate all of my time to find a job that better suits my needs.
Try to negotiate a hybrid work from home / work in office arrangement with my employer.
