Andre Young, better known as multi-platinum rap star Dr. Dre, is suing Napster and several yet-to-be-named students and schools who allegedly used Napster's MP3 music swapping software to infringe upon his copyrights.

Check out his comment by the guy from Metallica. What a moron. Try and spot the bad logic:

In a statement, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich said, "We take our craft -- whether it be the music, the lyrics, or the photos and artwork -- very seriously, as do most artists. It is therefore sickening to know that our art is being traded like a commodity rather than the art that it is." [in reference to Napster]

Doesn't Napster decommodify his art? People using napster are sharing the music, instead of buying it as a commodity. You would surely think that commodification of his art would occur when he tries to SELL the work as albums, having turned it into a product (or commodity.) What a moron.
