Yet, just this week, it was the locale of an innovative job fair in which upstanding employers like HP tried out new online recruiting strategies on hundreds of willing participants and conducted interviews with candidates for real-world positions. So, is Second Life more like “Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood” or an episode of “The Sopranos”?
