First: you claim IBM admits that Linux borrowed from Unix. Prove this. What exactly did "IBM" say and who from IBM made the statement?

Second: Have you ever heard of POSIX? It's an international standard for an API to implement a Unix-like operating system. If you fully implement POSIX, you get a Unix compatible kernel. POSIX has been an evolving standard for over 30 years.
