"First, the phone wasn't even ready yet and wouldn't be until more than a month later. Then, when it becomes available, two major features will still be delayed. The first, MobileMe, is a blatant and limited copy of Microsoft Live Mesh, which is currently in early beta (Apple will beat the product to market but only because they aren't going to beta test it)."
Rob, you are truly sad with your always-off-the-mark-and-negative Apple commentary. MobileMe is quite obviously a rebrand of the .Mac service Apple has had for almost FIVE YEARS!!! All of it's functionality is already present in .mac with one exception: push. The web interface has gotten what appears to be a beautiful facelift... but this service has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH LIVE MESH.
Since you allegedly follow this business for a living, I can only assume that this quote is a willful lie and attempt to smear Apple's record on innovation, much the same way you did when claiming that Microsoft wrote a large portion of the original Mac OS. Just ignore Apple and save yourself the embarrassment. You're the worst.
