Very curious about GOPAN and online shopping

I would like to buy online but I have been very afraid to fill out Merchant web forms with the many details that they ask for.

Has anyone checked out the new GOPAN privacy technology at http://www.onlineprivacyguard.com ?

Let me know any opinions. It appears to be just the answer for my online shopping dilemma.
