How do I get corporate sponsors for a web site?

Does anyone know of a good letter-writing source for writing sponsorship letters? I run a job search site for nurse professionals. Many web sites about sponsorship-type letters target non-profit and fundraising.
Soon I will have to start writing my own, since I am unable to find material. Any pointers on the highlights to include in the letter? Thanks for any suggestions.
