This is a Fraud, I am will tell my story and hopefully someone will learn from my mistake. I currently went to your web site and made an offer for a hotel reservation. My offer was denied and a counter offer was made. At the time for the counter offer there was no “No Thanks” button, so not wanting the offer I just closed out the web site. A couple of hours later went back to your web site to check a different offer and found out that you already charged my credit card for the offer I did not want. So, after going through an automated system for 5 minutes I was put on hold for another 3 minutes. And at which time I explained what happen to one of your employees, which intern put me on hold for another 2 minutes. After telling her what happened she said that I had to have put my credit card number in, yes I put my credit card number before I made the offer. I didn't think that it automatically accepted a counter offer. She said there was nothing she could do. So, I talk to Mark (7173) which did nothing but tell me I did something I did not do. He did not listen or let me finish what I was saying; all he did do is basically call me a liar, which of course made me upset. The only thing he could do is tell me over and over that I did something I did not do. I understand you are business to make money, and that is what we all do. But I do not understand what happened. I did not accept the offer (not that is a bad offer). I have recently purchased airline tickets from your site and was happy with that purchase. So, that is why I am so confused about what happened with the hotel. I understand how your site works and I also work with computers and understand how they work. That's why I can understand if the was some weird glitch. But I do take offense to your employee calling me a liar. The man does not know me or what I did, how he can sit there and get hateful with me on something he wasn't a witness to. I called and e-mailed and I am still being told that I did accept the offer and that there is nothing they can do. I called 1-877-451-7894 and talk to Caddy but she was no help. My opinion of this company is very bad and I think the model is as follows… …We think it is ok once we have your credit card that we can charge it anyway we want, we believe in treating people like they are stupid and have no class for wanting to save money. As long as we make money we don't care about anyone or anything.
