If you can hold your breath just a bit longer, demand for IT services will rebound. That
is the shared conclusion of two new surveys -- one by research company IDC and the other
a joint effort of research firm Gartner and financial services powerhouse Goldman Sachs.
According to Gartner, an uptick at the end of 2002 will continue in the form of larger
IT budgets in 2003.

The IT industry will not pick up for U.S. citizens again until we get rid of the h-1b program.
