See Full StoryYahoo! is learning an important life lesson, courtesy of the French courts: Make a
mistake, and it will always come back to haunt you. The only unusual thing is that Yahoo's
error -- allowing Nazi memorabilia to be sold on its auction site in France -- is doing
its haunting in ultra-slow motion. It's like a bad French film, and Yahoo! must be
wondering whether the credits will ever roll.

Maybe all the US ISPs should just blackhole the entire country of France and just be done with it. I for one would not miss all the port scanning in my daily IDS logs coming from wanadoo, nor the total lack of response to abuse reports.

Maybe Yahoo! will start complying with the ruling when France can protect its own citizens.
The French government is a joke.
