I understand what you are going through. I was suspended from ebay for the "unathorized copies" which was (BS) because I bought the dvds I was selling straight out and they were original. Anyhow, other ebay sellers, the powersellers, were selling the exact same thing and I told customer service that. All I got was that my account was suspeneded for a minimum of 7 days and I needed to fax my life away to prove who I was. Then I continued to fax them 3 times and yet they still stated that they did not recieve my fax. So I finally found the number to call ebay ( which live customer service will tell you that it doesn't exist) 1800-322-9266. I also got Anita (she is Meg Whitmans assistant) ext which is 67415. Teresa answered the phone and told me that they were out for the whole week and transfered me to Chet Ricketts of the Presidents Office. I told him everything and faxed him all of the doc's they wanted and he got it on the 1st try and took it over to the Trust and Safety Team and that night I was unsuspended. So I thought since I proved the item was not copies that I could sell it and by that night I was permanetely suspended. I then call Mr. Ricketts back and left a message and also with Mr. Chesnut in which I recieved an email from Mr. Ricketts stating that calling them will only hinder and prolong their decisions of reinstatement. I showed proof of ownership and proof of original dvds that I bought from a store. I have the numbers and extensions for a lot of the ebay contacts. Pierre Omeddiere extension is 67410 and his secretary's is 67411. Meg Whitmans email is meg@ebay.com her assistants email is anitag@ebay.com.
