We have recently developed a new business service entitled E-Process Management.

It has incorporated many of the best practices within the Constraint Management process identifying constraints or bottlenecks within the digital environment.

We have had some extremely positive feedback in terms of increased revenue, cost effectiveness and % increases in digital commercial objectives.

We are keen to identify Consultancies / Corporations who have developed similar processes that we can share intelligence and experiences.

In addition, any thoughts or suggestions on how this service can be refined?
