To grow a business, you need leads. So how do you fill the funnel, especially if you're a small business that no one has heard of yet? Ten years ago, the formula was pretty simple. It was all about driving traffic to your website, getting people to fill out a form, and then following up with them using sales reps or email marketing. Today, in the social revolution, an entirely new opportunity to drive transformational growth for companies has arisen.

Thank you for the information provided!
In the past couple of years, social media has re-defined and re-shaped businesses, large and small. With the introduction of social CRM integration, businesses can now have vital communication between clients, therefore creating customer feedback and also catering a relationship. This relationship also means that there could be more possibilities for sales or to provide the clients with important information quickly.
Furthermore, if a company fully adopts social CRM and harnesses the benefits provided, there will be an increase in ROI as well as brand awareness, internationally and domestically. This was previously inconceivable due a lack of organization and expensive software. Currently, a business can now compete in the technologically advanced international marketplace and more regions (e.g. Southeast Asia) have started to implement and adopt social CRM software.
As a member of the GreenRope family, I have been fortunate enough to see businesses flourish with the help of social CRM integration. This is extremely encouraging and it proves that CRM integration is here to stay. If a business has not begun to utilize social CRM or if social CRM has not been fully adopted by all of the business' employees, it is highly recommended that they do so.
