EBAY REVOLT
Posted by: hanoki 2009-05-24 09:51:18
Ebay has started placing restrictions on Ebay sellers in limiting what they can list and the frequency of times they can sell a particular product or products. This is causing sellers to be on the verge of revolt .

The sellers are not allowed to say anything negative about a buyer in the rating systems the use called feedback even if they (the customer) does not follow though on their commitment to purchase a product and then don’t pay. The reverse is not true. The buyer is king and word is taken as the absolute truth. There is an area for arbitration if there is a problem however the seller ends up on the short end of the stick. It is better to allow the customer to keep the product with a refund than to have the seller’s feedback impaired with a negative rating, which is just short of blackmail.

Looking to find other venues where they can sell products without restrictions is driving the sellers to leave and set up with two other auction sites Edid.com and bonzanle.com. As the sellers become established in the new locations they are leaving Ebay.
