Have you ever been working on your iPad and suddenly needed a photo or document from another computer on your home network? There are a number of ways to do that, but they involve going to that other computer to do it. That's not necessary, though, if you've got FileBrowser. FileBrowser allows you to snatch files from other machines on your network and view or work on them on your iPad. Unfortunately, the program only works in one direction -- you can't return a modified file to its native location through FileBrowser.
I can't get this to work on my Mac Pro. I re-did this several times, but all I get is the message; Can't find machine: user Mel Gross
No help for when things go wrong. The web site isn't any better, and couldn't find a contact option.
